Oscar Mayer, a processed meats company from the United States, is looking for qualified drivers to operate its “mobile hot dog” across the country.

The Wienermobile has been traveling across the U.S. for the past 90 years. Now, Oscar Mayer is seeking members for the 39th class of Hotdoggers.

The company is focusing on hiring recent college graduates, with an annual salary of $35,600. While the pay may not be impressive, the position comes with several benefits.

In addition to the opportunity to travel across the country and broaden your horizons, Oscar Mayer will provide a $150 weekly stipend for meals and other necessities, full lodging coverage, comprehensive health benefits, and up to 18 days of paid time off.

The position lasts for one year and allows you to visit the U.S. “hot dog highways” in one of six existing Wienermobiles. Each vehicle is staffed by two team members, so there are 12 positions available in total.

“There’s no better way to start your career than behind the wheel of an American icon, and each year candidates go to great lengths to get our attention—whether by creating social media videos or sending scrapbooks and creative projects to our headquarters,” said Molle Twing, Senior Brand Manager at Oscar Mayer and former Hotdogger.

“This spirit and imagination perfectly capture what it means to be a Hotdogger. Whether you were part of the first class of Hotdoggers or are looking to join this year, one thing remains true: this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to savor.”
